By installing, launching, or using the TextDope application within the Canva platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of the Service

TextDope is a design enhancement application built for Canva that allows users to create multi-layer 3D lettering, retro wave typography, comic halftones, neon effects, and custom vector typography graphics directly within their Canva designs.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Content

• Your Content & Ownership: You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and title to all graphic artwork and typography designs created by you using TextDope. You may freely use the exported graphics for both personal and commercial purposes without paying royalties or fees to Rentadev.
• Application & Code IP: The application code, software architecture, user interface, brand assets, and proprietary presets of TextDope are the exclusive intellectual property of Rentadev.
• Font Licensing: Fonts incorporated in TextDope are open-source fonts provided through Google Fonts and are licensed under their respective open-source licenses (such as the SIL Open Font License or Apache License).

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use TextDope responsibly and in full compliance with all applicable laws and Canva's Terms of Use. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the service to generate hate speech, defamatory content, harassment, or illegal material.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, or exploit vulnerabilities in the software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Canva platform or connected network services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TextDope is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Rentadev does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific individual requirement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rentadev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use TextDope.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Rentadev reserves the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue features of TextDope at any time. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service. Continued use of TextDope after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
